At Realized, I design pieces such as promotional products, paid media ads, website images, sales collateral, market reports, presentation decks and more. I help manage the visual brand identity both internally and externally for both Realized and its subsidiaries.
Realized's regular marketing material includes a variety of collateral for the education of future, potential, and current clients.
As senior graphic designer, I designed and developed the style for the marketing collateral used by the sales team to educate clients. These collateral pieces focus on the ability to print-at-home by those downloading online. I also helped develop the look and feel of the visual brand and visual brand language from illustration style, icons, graph styles, and more!
Realized Commercial Real Estate Market Analysis Report included the creation of a downloadable report with Realized's analysis of the market.
Realized's Commercial Real Estate Market Analysis Report was a newly conceived idea by the Marketing and Research teams to leverage the knowledge the company has about the Real Estate Market. On this project, I designed the layout, graphs, and newly identifiable cover for this particular piece.
Internal designed collateral to promote company initiatives and events.
Realized often has company events and I design flyers to promote the events and provide details to employees. Other internal collateral includes meeting etiquette, recycling initiatives, tips on conversations, company donation drives, and more.
The Realized website is an on-going project that is in constant flux.
I contribute the the design of specific pages on the website as well as the graphics that are included on each page. I use Adobe XD to bring mockups to life before passing the design to the website developer. The design evolves along with the needs of clients and the user experience.
