NHL Philadelphia Flyers

As the Client Communications Coordinator for the Philadelphia Flyers, my role acted cross-functionally between the Ticket Sales and Customer Service departments. I designed, created, and implemented email communications primarily to the Flyers Season Ticket Members. I also created small print collateral; facilitated relationships between vendors, creative services, ticket sales, and customer service; and managed the Flyers Season Ticket Member Facebook Page.

I designed, deployed, and analyzed the Flyers Game Day email communications, sent for every home game.

I designed, deployed, and analyzed the Flyers Game Day email communications, sent for every home game.

These communications include live scoring and other dynamic content such as live traffic maps and social media feeds. I built the emails utilizing Movable Ink and deploy them using Adobe Campaign.

Their dynamic content tool helped me be able to send multiple versions of the same email so that each recipient would receive a specialized email just for them.
